HSEB is a supplier of premium optical inspection, review and metrology systems.
A major driver of the business of HSEB is the ever increasing automation and productivity requirements of the semiconductor industry. HSEB has developed multiple high productive quality inspection system with state of the art inspection and data processing capabilities. Data processing and “making sense out of mass data” for the end user is a major concern when dealing in large volume manufacturing lines with inspection on difficult Wafer area´s.
The presentation will demonstrate a solution how to tackle the problem of large defect data for Wafer backsides. The work has been a close cooperation of HSEB with SYSTEMA.
- Markus Keil was appointed CEO of HSEB April 2013. He looks back on 20 years of experience in Semiconductor Operations and was appointed to different managing roles in manufacturing and technology at Hitachi Semiconductors, AMD and Globalfoundries. Most recent before HSEB he served at Globalfoundries as Fab Manager and later lead its Adv. Packaging, Test and Pilot Assembly business units.
